A verified vendor has had their business registration checked and a vetting call completed by Khushly. Unverified vendors can still be booked, but they're clearly marked and rank lower in search.

Flexible Rates let a vendor offer a lower price on dates they'd otherwise have open, instead of turning down the work. The price shown for your specific date already reflects any Flexible Rate in effect, no negotiation required.

Yes. Khushly is built specifically around planning from overseas, including displaying an approximate converted price in your currency alongside the PKR price you'll actually be charged.

Every vendor sets their own cancellation policy within limits Khushly sets platform-wide, and it's shown on their profile before you book. Rescheduling to a date in a different pricing tier will show you the new price before anything is confirmed.
