Why we collect it
To operate the marketplace: matching you with vendors, processing bookings and payments, and improving search and recommendations.
Who we share it with
A vendor you enquire with or book sees the details relevant to that enquiry or booking. Khushly does not sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account through Contact. Because a meaningful share of Khushly's customers are based in the UK and EU, we aim to meet a GDPR-equivalent standard regardless of where you're based.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts are removed on a delay to allow recovery from accidental deletion, then permanently erased.
