Terms of Service

1. What Khushly is

Khushly operates a marketplace connecting couples planning a Pakistani wedding with independent wedding vendors. Khushly is not the vendor for any listed service. Each vendor is an independent business responsible for the services they provide.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Vendor accounts are subject to Khushly's separate Vendor Terms.

3. Bookings and payments

A booking is a contract between you and the vendor. Khushly's payment processor collects your payment in full at the time you pay. Khushly does not operate an escrow account or hold your money in a separate wallet. The vendor's share of your payment is released to them once the relevant stage of the booking is approved, as described in Vendor Terms. If a refund is due, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Reviews

Reviews may only be left against a completed booking. See our Review Policy for how reviews are moderated.

5. Limitation of liability

Khushly is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors listed on the platform, beyond the verification and dispute-resolution processes described elsewhere on this site.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Khushly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
