Who can leave a review
Only a customer with a completed booking against a specific vendor can leave a review for that vendor. Reviews cannot be submitted without a real booking behind them.
Vendor responses
A vendor may respond publicly to any review on their profile. A vendor cannot remove or edit a customer's review.
Moderation
Khushly moderates reviews for policy violations, including harassment, unrelated content, and confirmed factual falsehoods. Moderation does not remove reviews simply because a vendor disagrees with them.
