Listing is free

There is no charge to create or maintain a vendor listing on Khushly. No subscription, no setup fee, no charge for photos, packages or Flexible Rates.

Commission: exactly what we take, and when

Your first 2 bookings carry no commission at all. You keep 100% of what the customer pays. A booking counts towards this free allowance as soon as it's confirmed and paid. It doesn't need to have taken place yet. From your next booking onward, Khushly keeps 5% of each payment you receive, and you keep the rest. That's the only fee Khushly ever charges a vendor. No listing fee, no monthly subscription, no other deduction of any kind. If a booking is paid in installments (a deposit and balance, or several milestones), the same 5% applies to each individual payment as it is collected, not just the first one.

For example: once you are past your free bookings, a PKR 100,000 payment means Khushly keeps PKR 5,000 and you receive PKR 95,000. No other amount is ever subtracted.

When you actually receive the money: Khushly's payment processor collects the customer's payment in full at the time they pay. Your share (the payment minus Khushly's commission) is then released to you once the relevant stage of the booking is approved. For a simple booking, that's as soon as the payment is confirmed. For a booking with milestones, each installment is released once you've delivered that stage and the customer has approved it. Payout itself is a bank transfer, arranged directly with you. Khushly doesn't operate this as an escrow account or a wallet. It's simply when your share of an already-collected payment is sent to you.

Every payment you're ever paid for records the commission rate that applied to it at the time, so a later change to this page or to Khushly's rates never changes what you were already charged on a past booking.

Verification

Your listing goes live as soon as you complete your profile. No registration paperwork or vetting call is required to be listed. You may separately apply for Khushly's Verified badge, which does require valid business registration details and a vetting call. Khushly may suspend any listing that receives credible reports of misconduct or breaches these terms.

Your cancellation policy

You may set your own cancellation and refund terms within the limits described in Khushly's Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Reviews

You may respond publicly to a review but may not have it removed except through Khushly's moderation process for policy-violating content. See our Review Policy.

Pricing rules

You're responsible for the accuracy of your listed pricing, packages and any Flexible Rates you configure. Guardrail limits you set yourself cannot be bypassed by any pricing rule.
